- HUGE ITunes Change
- DRM Gone, but so is the old pricing structure
- $1.29 for all new stuff, $.99 for moderate, $.69 for older stuff
- Sloppy work – Investigators would download music files from peoples computers and use that as evidence that they were file sharing, without confirming that the file had been in fact shared with anybody else other than the MediaSentry investigator.

- Life Imitates Entertainment, rather than Vice Versa
- Man comes home, house being robbed, Wearing Thor costume from a halloween party, burglar sees him, gets scared, runs out of the house leaving his shoes.
- Tiny vibrations from the soundwaves of your voice can cause latency.
